"I am 64 years old and living in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I was suffering due to pain on my left shoulder for more than 6 months. I had difficulty and unbearable pain in lifting and moving my hand front, back and above the neck and head. I tried physiotherapy but of no relief. Fortunately, I happened to see Dr.Bala's YouTube video on treating frozen shoulder problem. Immediately I consulted Dr.Bala during his Chennai visit at National Hospital. Physiotherapists told about exercises clearly on how to move my hand on the very next day of operation. I couldn't believe that I am able to move and lift my hand comfortably within 4 days of my stay in the hospital. The cost of the entire treatment was also considerably low. "Recently I consulted Dr. Bala for my knee pain and he advised to get the x-ray. Since I'm in Malaysia I went to a ortho hospital and took the full length x-ray of my knee. The Malaysian Doctor said superficial ACL tear and early knee osteoarthritis. For a second opinion I shared the x-ray and again consulted with Dr. Bala. He reviewed my x-ray and clarified my doubts that ACL injuries cannot be confirmed in simple x-ray and it needs to be done with MRI scanning only. He confirmed that my knees are absolutely fine based on the x-ray and don't have to panic about ACL tear. He recommended to do MRI in India as it's cheap compared to Malaysia and simply don't waste money there in Malaysia. He advised me to continue my volley ball and table tennis game and no need to stop my sports activities and my knees are absolutely fine."
